Soultz-sous-Forêts

Soultz-sous-Forêts, known for its industrial activity, also boasts a rich tourist heritage. This flower-filled village, awarded two flowers, invites visitors to discover its synagogue, Protestant church, Catholic church, and the Muntz Kiener house, all of which are listed as historic monuments.

Several themed tours allow visitors to explore the town, from the history of its schools to its historic sites, including the salt trail marked out by the Club Vosgien. The town is also the second stop in Alsace on the Way of St. James, with a communal lodge for pilgrims.

Throughout the year, the La Saline cultural center brings the town to life with film screenings, plays, and children's activities. During Advent, the Christmas market on Place du Général De Gaulle is part of the Noël en Outre-Forêt event. The town's train station, the Strasbourg–Haguenau–Wissembourg SNCF line, a service area for motorhomes, and charging stations for electric bikes and cars make Soultz-sous-Forêts easy to access and pleasant to visit.
