My Gym 3.0

Located in the Pôle Santé, Ma Salle de Sport 3.0 is a brand-new space dedicated to sports, health, and wellness, where a friendly atmosphere and personalized support are at the heart of the concept.

It is a place designed to get you moving in a new way.



The goal is to make sports accessible to everyone and to adapt to each person’s unique needs with an inclusive and connected approach.



You’ll find coaches specialized in adapted physical activity, all on hand to create personalized programs and provide regular follow-up through individualized assessments.

The safe equipment is suitable for ages 10 and up (depending on height) and is adapted for people with medical conditions or physical limitations.
