Stroll and wine tasting through the vineyards of Bernardswiller

Gourmet stroll through an eco-responsible vineyard, made up of a mosaic of vines, orchards and hedges that maintain biodiversity, with lunch.
Meet winegrower Martine MOTZ, who will share her winegrowing expertise and a few anecdotes about the history of her village. Halfway through the tour, we'll stop for a glass of "Bouquet fruité" and a pretzel.
On the return journey: commented tasting of 6 wines, including 1 Nature, with a Vendangeur-style meal: smoked palette and seasonal salads followed by a round of Alsatian cheeses. To round things off, gingerbread with an exotic Gewurztraminer.
