In the bakehouse of the 'Au pain gourmand' bakery, baker Ludovic Schibler gives you a demonstration of how to make a famous Alsatian speciality made from leavened dough, the kougelhopf. Take advantage of the specialist's expert advice to make a successful cake at home! Each participant will go home with a kougelhopf.
