Description Équipements et services Opening times

Want to take some time for yourself, offer yourself a moment of calm and breathe fully? Come and discover pranayamas, ancestral practices of conscious breathing. These techniques act directly on the body and mind.

Associated with the principles of Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine, they help to harmonize vital energies (doshas), improve sleep, digestion and vitality, while cultivating lasting serenity.

This one-hour workshop, thanks to alternating and vibratory breathing, will enable the body to gradually relax and the mind to calm down. A guided meditation will help to fully integrate the benefits of these practices.

Each session will be different, as adapted to the season, the weather and the dominant energies of the moment, so that optimal work can be carried out.

These workshops, open to all, are led by Valérie Wackenheim, Ayurveda practitioner and therapist, member of the Ayurveda association in France. She trained for six years with the European Institute of Vedic Studies (EVIS), in Switzerland, France and India.

The workshops are open to all.

Sessions take place in the grounds of the Würth Museum. In the event of rain, they will take place on the auditorium stage.

The sessions take place in the park of the Würth Museum.

Each participant should bring: a yoga mat, a meditation cushion, zafu, brick or folding chair to sit comfortably (straight back) and a plaid to fully enjoy the moment.
