Ile de Rhinau Nature Reserve

Ile de Rhinau is a patchwork of forests, grasslands and aquatic environments. The diverse landscapes feature various biotopes, making the Nature Reserve home to an extremely high number of rare plant and animal species. This "Alsatian jungle" covers an area of around 450 hectares, with a total length of 10 kilometers and a maximum width of 400 meters.
