From the Tourist Office in Ottrott, the pilgrim's shell of Santiago de Compostela embedded in the ground will guide you along the Pilgrims’ Trail to Mont Sainte-Odile, a spiritual place in Alsace situated at an altitude of 764 metres. Suitable for children aged 8 and over.
Route: Head towards Rue des Châteaux, then Rue du Mont Sainte-Odile, which leads to the ‘Path of Happiness’. The path then overlooks the old quarries of Saint-Nabor before reaching the first remains of the Mur Païen and the Grossmatt clearing.
Duration: 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes

A hike accessible without a car via bus route 257. Get off at the ‘Ancienne gare’ stop and walk up through the village, following the yellow cross markings.
