Le Tour d'Horizon (hiking tour without luggage)

In the Kaysersberg Valley, between vineyards and mountains, a free walk invites you to escape and discover the cultural and natural wealth of this green valley. You will hike in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, in the middle of the mountains, on marked and traced paths. 

A real "best seller" of Horizons Alsace, this hike has been a general favourite with all participants for 30 years.

Level: The circuit of the selected hikes is suitable for anyone in good physical condition. Possible all year round.

Duration of the hikes: 12 to 23 km per stage, about 4 to 6.30 hours walking/day - from 500 m to 830 m heigh difference.

Necessary equipment: Good walking shoes (avoid new ones), rain protection, small cool back pack for your daily needs and picnic meals, drinking bottle, table cutlery, swimming suits (some hotels have a swimming pool) and a first-aid kit.
