Opening times
The Spielmann Estate invites you to a convivial evening where Creole flavors meet the elegance of Alsatian wines. The menu, prepared by Dominique, a passionate caterer, has been designed to enhance each pairing: a Creole aperitif, dishes with sunny notes (Chicken Colombo or marinated shrimp grilled à la plancha), and sweet treats—all accompanied by wine, water, and coffee.
On the program:
5:00 p.m.: Welcome reception for participants, guided tour of the cellar by Sylvie followed by a tasting, including a wine from the wine library.
7:00 PM: Start of the evening and Creole aperitif, followed by dinner with live music.
You can choose to arrive at 5:00 PM to take part in the guided tour followed by a tasting, or simply at 7:00 PM for the start of the evening. Please select the time slot that interests you when registering.
Musical entertainment will be provided by the Tropic Groov percussion group, which will liven up the evening and get guests moving to sunny rhythms.
