CANCELLED : Organ recital

The Friends of Ebersmunster Abbey Church Association regret to announce the cancellation of the recitals on the Silbermann organ.

The successive waves of extreme heat have taken a heavy toll on the instrument, and problems that have arisen this summer mean that it is necessary to refrain from playing the organ at this time.

Recital by François Ménissier

Principal organist of the Clicquot organ at the Church of Saint Nicolas des Champs in Paris, and organ teacher at the Rouen Conservatoire.

Thus begins a season in which Baroque and sacred music regains its full emotional power: the power that bridges the centuries, unites voices and lifts the soul.
