Workshop for adults : Christmas specialties

Alsace is the home of Christmas specialities! Learn how to make a few of them, such as schnitzlaïwel, mannela, pomme de Noël and bredela. Whilst they’re baking, you’ll explore the Bread Museum. We’ll round off this gourmet afternoon with a break to enjoy mulled wine and bredela. You’ll take all your creations home with you!
