Statue of Saint John of Nepomuk

The statue is located in the center of the village at the corner of Grand Rue and Rivage de l'Ill, next to the lovely walking and biking path that runs along the Ill River.

John of Nepomuk is one of the most revered saints, given the many forms of protection he offered: he is the patron saint of boatmen, bridges, priests, and all men who had some connection to water.
