The stage in the main hall is not available for private rentals.



A 30 m² annex room, equipped with a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, a mobile bar, and 2 barrel-style high tables.



A 25 m² kitchen open to the main hall and the annex room, equipped with 2 ovens and 1 electric stovetop, 1 round table, 1 stainless steel cart on wheels, dishes, and basic cleaning supplies.



A private, grassy outdoor area of 100 m², featuring 2 linden trees, available for aperitifs or outdoor meals.

Vintage bistro-style wooden furniture for outdoor use is stored in the outdoor shipping container (accessible upon request): tables of various sizes, 30 chairs, and high-top barrels.



The dining room meets accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility.
