Built to replace an earlier church first mentioned in 1303, the current building dates from 1744.
It consists of a single-nave church and a square-plan choir tower extended eastward by a three-sided apse.
Funeral slabs are embedded in the exterior wall.
The church contains some interesting furnishings: Baroque confessionals and a pulpit dating from 1749, as well as 18th-century side altars dedicated to the Virgin Mary and Saint Apollinaris.
A Rabiny organ from 1787, renovated by Callinet between 1843 and 1845, is one of the parish’s treasures.
This instrument is the first organ built by Louis Dubois, in 1759.
The original façade, which has been preserved intact, allows us to appreciate the architect’s style: between two side turrets, the three arched panels are separated by pilasters topped with fire pots; openwork rocaille motifs adorn the upper part of the panels.
The instrument itself underwent several modifications during the 18th and 19th centuries.
