Concert - Hannah - Hertrich Jazz Project

This quintet was formed in the spring of 2022 by guitarists Rick HANNAH and Bernard HERTRICH.

The former was born in Philadelphia (USA), the latter in Strasbourg, and their duo was formed in Munster!

They were already familiar with each other’s reputations, and it was during a jam session at the

2012 Munster Jazz Festival that they met for the first time. With the help of the “Special Festival”

selection, they began making plans and pulling out their calendars…

For this project, they’re collaborating with talented professional musicians from the region.

The program alternates between beautiful swing and bebop compositions arranged for multiple voices and classic crooner standards.
