Isabelle Grussenmeyer is a singer-songwriter who performs songs in Alsatian and other languages—in short, a “Lìedermàcherin.”

Blurring the lines between dream and reality, this show presents the Christmas traditions and characters well-known in Alsace.
Isabelle has spoken the dialect and sung since childhood. She has been performing on stage since the age of 11 and began composing her own songs at 17. It was during a meeting in 1990 with René Egles that the doors to dialectal songwriting opened for her, beginning with a performance at the Palais des Congrès in Strasbourg. She invites you to her new Christmas show for children.
