Saint-Arbogast Church

The Saint-Arbogast Church has been rebuilt several times: in 1338, 1483 and between 1785 and 1789.

During the Second World War, the religious building was destroyed by bombing. Between 1965 and 1968, the building was rebuilt according to the plans of architects Bertrand Monnet and Fernand Gury, and was consecrated in 1970. The sandstone columns of the previous church were used to build the Herrlisheim war memorial. The church is a 20th century Heritage Site.
