Offendorf

The existence of this village of farmers and fishermen, then especially with a strong inland navigation vocation, is attested since the end of the 9th century. The Offendorf Forest is one of the most beautiful relics of the Rhine alluvial forest due to its fauna and flora. In the heart of the massif, around the islet of the "Rossmoerder" is the first nature reserve of the Lower Rhine.
