Stengel church

The former catholic church dates from 1768. Louis XV and the count of Sarrebrücken decided to bring to an end the simultaneum (the joint use of churches by both catholic and Lutheran parishes). Notable features include the porch, the large clear glass windows, the corner tying of the walls and the hipped roof of the bell tower. In 1986, the church was deconsecrated. It was restored and converted into a cultural centre which inaugurated in 1993.
