The Church built in 1737 being too small, a new one was built. The contral steeple destroyed during the 2nd World War, was replaced by a side-clock-tower in 1952. The statues on the two side-altars were scultured by Father Häusler : a Virgin Mary with stretched out arms (1867) like the stained glass-window of the cathedral of Strasbourg and a statue of St Nicolas (1872). The present stained glass-windows were made by René Kuder.
