The Mandolines Buissonnières ensemble comprises around ten musicians from Lutterbach, near Mulhouse – a handful of enthusiasts for whom a love of music has been passed down from generation to generation.

The ensemble is led by Patrick Osowiecki, a musician as well as a composer and arranger.

Les Mandolines Buissonnières take you on a journey of discovery, revealing surprising and original sounds born of the combination of the mandolin’s crystalline tones and the warm timbre of the guitar, all underpinned by the double bass.

The repertoire is eclectic and constantly evolving, ranging from jazz to French and English songs, through to traditional Irish, Hungarian and Norwegian music, not to mention the musical director’s own original compositions.
