START AND FINISH: Salle polyvalente, Rue du Stade, 68290 Masevaux

STARTING TIMES: Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (until 1 p.m. for the 20 km route). All participants must return by 5 p.m.

PARTICIPANTS: Open to everyone. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

ROUTES: Mountain routes of 10 and 20 km with no particular difficulties, as well as a 5 km route.

ENTRY FEE: An FFSP participation card is issued at the start for a fee of €3 without a souvenir, or €6 for a family card (children up to the age of 16). Once marked with the checkpoint stamps, it entitles participants to an IVV stamp in the international record books available at the finish.

INSURANCE: The FFSP is covered by MAIF public liability insurance. Registration for the event constitutes a declaration that participants are in good health and physically fit to take part in a mountain walk.

REFRESHMENTS: A free drink and a light snack will be provided at each checkpoint. Hot meals, sandwiches, sausages and other quality refreshments will also be available for purchase at the second and third checkpoints and at the finish.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Smoking and lighting fires along the routes are strictly prohibited. Participants must not drop litter or leave the marked paths and trails. Outside the marked routes, participants are no longer covered by the federation’s insurance. Dogs must be kept on a lead. LET’S KEEP NATURE CLEAN!

FIRST AID: Provided by the organising association from the starting area.

PRE-REGISTRATION: Groups must register before 10 October 2026. Individuals and families can register on site.

AWARDS: On Sunday at 3 p.m., trophies will be presented to the three largest groups and the largest family. Awards will also be given to the oldest woman and man, and to the youngest girl and boy.

The walk will take place regardless of the weather, unless cancelled by order of the prefectural or municipal authorities.
