Where the costumes are made

Before becoming a costume, every creation begins with a line, an idea, a sketched silhouette. In “Là où naissent les costumes”, visual artist and costume designer Bénédicte Blaison opens the doors to her imagination. Her drawings reveal the creative process, where materials emerge, characters gradually take shape and a presence, a role and a story begin to unfold. On paper, an entire world of theatre is already coming to life.
