Description Opening times

TAOH (short for “The Act Of Humanity”) is a trio whose members have known each other for a very long time. Hailing from eastern France, the band’s lineup has remained unchanged since the beginning and consists of Miguel Canton (guitar and vocals), Manu Baum (bass and vocals), and Jean-Marc Monnier (drums).

This band, steeped in the influences of a certain East Coast punk scene, creates music that exists in a realm where the mesmerizing rhythms of the bass and guitar bring out a depth of sound, combining passages that are both calm and syncopated. A style that some might describe as emo or post-punk. The compositions are simple and stripped-down, the lyrics raw and emotional. These lyrics take the form of a passionate plea regarding the shaping of our collective reality, conveyed through an intrinsic emotionality.

DJ Marlène Bretzel: Sauerkraut, Vinyl & Rock ’n’ Roll! That’s the motto of Marlène Bretzel, who’ll have you dancing to punk, garage, rockabilly, post-punk, and even electro beats. The ultimate goal: to have the time of your life on the dance floor!

An explosive cocktail—without the hangover.
