Chœur Vocaléidos - Invocations

The Vocaléidos choir of Mulhouse, conducted by B. Beck, is delighted to present its new programme, ‘Invocations’.



From prayers to supplications, from poignant invocations to miraculous wonders, from pleas for salvation to serene evocations, this programme brings together works that are expansive, vigorous and colourful.



Orthodox music by Schnittke, Sviridov and Lvovsky sets the tone. Contemporary pieces in Latin by Lukaszewski, Miškinis and Cameron follow. The finale will be provided by the American composers Runestad, Arnesen, Thompson and Ticheli.
