The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards, followed by an insider's look at the winemaking process in the cellars.

We then conclude with a tasting of six carefully selected Alsace wines.

Each visit is tailored to guests' interests, questions, and level of wine knowledge, creating an authentic and personalized experience.

My goal is to make the world of wine and biodynamics accessible to everyone, without jargon or formality, through a friendly, lively, and human exchange, with no obligation to purchase wine.
