Holtzwihr Sauerkraut Festival

Come and enjoy a friendly, festive evening under the traditional marquee at the 55th Holtzwihr Sauerkraut Festival!

As for the wine, the dishes will be paired with wines from the Schoenheitz estate (Wihr-au-Val), which complement the organic sauerkraut from the Frieh farm in Holtzwihr perfectly.

Saturday evening: Oktoberfest atmosphere!

Building on last year’s success, the après-ski party is back! A warm welcome is guaranteed from 7.30 pm with DJ Raph, in a festive and relaxed atmosphere.

Sunday: time for tradition and dancing!

• From 11.30 am, enjoy our full lunch menu.

• An afternoon of folk entertainment with the village group Heloldo Wilaria, who will treat you to a wonderful display of Alsatian dances.

• Alpen Melodie will once again provide the musical entertainment on Sunday afternoon.

• Delicious fish and sauerkraut,

• And the unmissable munstiflette,

Eat in or take away (by reservation and prepayment only).

All carefully prepared by caterer Thomas from Colmar. The set menus will also be available on Sunday evening.
