Cook show of the gourmet market

For the festive season, Colmar welcomes a sixth Christmas market – dedicated entirely to delicious food!

Colmar’s Christmas market features a whole village devoted to culinary delights and tempting your taste buds.

Several chalets, several chefs and renowned restaurateurs will be on hand to prepare delicious dishes for you. From starters to desserts, from oysters to traditional Alsatian specialities, there is something to delight every palate! Enjoy your meal on site or take it away, and share a delicious moment with family and friends.

A culinary show: To add a little spice to your aperitifs, renowned chefs will take centre stage on selected dates, putting on a spectacular culinary show right in the heart of the market and delighting both your eyes and your taste buds.

On Thursday, 3 December, the Oyster Shucking Competition will also take place within the gourmet market, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
