Le Zoutma

Véronique Werner, a visual artist from Mulhouse, created a series of four oversize thrones. The public can engage with the work by sitting on them and discovering the different sensations from one throne to the next. These works are aimed at everyone since the seats are of different heights. The four thrones on display are essentially made with materials drawn from the world of work. "Zoutma" is inspired by the "club" armchair with its rounded shapes and the materials used to assemble it: oil tanks and drums.
