La Réunion à la France

This fresco was commissioned from Daniel Dyminski by the City of Mulhouse on the occasion of the festivities celebrating the bicentenary of Mulhouse's reunification with France. It includes a scene representing the celebrations in front of the City Hall, recognisable by its double covered staircase. The red and white flag is the original flag of the Mulhouse Republic.
