Municipal library

The Orbey library is a 300 m² space dedicated to culture, meetings and exchanges, as well as leisure activities. The library is part of the Kaysersberg Valley Library Network, along with the Kaysersberg media library and the Lapoutroie media library.

You will be welcomed and advised by a team of caring librarians and volunteers. There are regular events for everyone (story time, reading club, genealogy club, lectures, etc.). Find out more in the online calendar.

On site, take advantage of a varied choice of documents for all ages (novels, comics, documentaries, magazines, DVDs, etc.). Make your choice before visiting the library by consulting the online catalogue: https://rmvk.c3rb.org/

An area devoted to genealogy gives you access to the commune's civil status records from 1793 to 1937.

There are also 3 computer workstations and a colour laser printer.
