Description
This old public butcher shop, rebuilt in 1616, was a place of exchange where farmers came to sell their food products. The main building, with its sandstone and timber-framed facade, is located above the mill canal. As for the slaughterhouse, it was located in the house which, today, is the corner between the fortified bridge and the rue des bains.
