Description
The Renaissance house, a remarkable monument here in Kaysersberg, was built by the blacksmith Herzer in 1492 who lived here throughout his life. On the edge of the large window you can see an inscription in German. Restored in 1907, it has housed the museum of the city of Kaysersberg for 65 years.
