Vignobles en Scène Alsace: Guinguette with island flavours and Alsace aromas

"La Sylvette Coin Coin" is a unique evening celebrating duck in all its forms, prepared with passion and culinary flair by Dominique, who previously delighted our guests at "La Sylvette Créole."

He invites us to celebrate duck in all its gourmet variations.

A wine cellar tour and a surprise food-and-wine pairing will be offered for a complete immersion in local flavors and enjoyment.

On the Program:

- 4:00 p.m. Guided tour of the House of Witches in Bergheim (€3).
Led by Marie-Odile, delve into the beliefs, fears, and trials that marked the era of witch hunts.
- 6:00 p.m.: Welcome reception for participants with a complimentary aperitif. 
- 6:30 p.m.: Presentation of the estate & tour of our wine cellar.

- 7:00 PM: Start of the tasting of various food-and-wine pairings from the estate.

Tasting of duck-based dishes:

- Endives stuffed with duck rillettes.
- Trio of open-faced sandwiches with pâtés flavored with Armagnac, green pepper, and orange.
- Slices of dried duck breast.
- Mini burger made with confit of two duck thighs.
- Small verrine of cassoulet.
- Sweet potato and shredded duck Hachis Parmentier.

- Duck foie gras

Each dish will be paired with a wine from our estate to be tasted blind (10 wines).

With the purchase of 6 bottles, we’ll give you a complimentary bottle of 2017 Pinot Blanc Réserve.
