At 10:00 a.m., we’ll set out for a walk in the Froehn.

At 11:00 a.m., we’ll return to the estate for a tasting in the form of a brunch.
On the menu: a generous assortment of savory and sweet treats—hard-boiled eggs, ham, tuna and salmon rillettes, unsalted butter and jams, fresh bread and pastries, not to mention the classic Mauricettes and pretzels. For something fresh and indulgent, enjoy a selection of aged cheeses and fromage blanc, served with seasonal fruits.
