Opening times
The SPECHT estate opens its doors for the weekend, and offers various demonstrations and guided tours to help you discover the winemakers' craft and know-how.
Program:
Tour the winery:from the press to the cellar to the tuns to the stainless steel vats, discover more about the independent winemaker's craft and winemaking processes.
"Crazy senses" workshop: through exercises on smell and taste, we challenge you to recognize different wine aromas and the 4 primary flavors.
Cocktail luncheon: a convivial moment to exchange ideas while enjoying products from our partners and local producers.
And of course, the dégusation of our Alsace wines and crémants at any time of the day!
