Mittelwihr

winegrowing village on the Wine Route (altitude 220 m), Mittelwihr currently has 867 inhabitants. It is located 10 km from Colmar and 3 km from Riquewihr, close to the town and at the foot of the mountains. A rich historical past and culture under the Germanic princes and the Cistercians. Scarce but exceptional remains: the Bouxhof Farm, a former abbey, and the imposing arcades of the former church, which once included a simultaneum.
