Grand circuit des Chapelles

Starting from the community hall in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, follow the signs toward the Hajus Chapel, also known as Notre-Dame des Champs.
Next, head to the French World War I military cemetery, which offers a beautiful view of the village and the valley.
After passing through the village center and Saint-Nicolas Church, the trail gradually climbs toward Le Creux-Chêne and then the Goutte Chapel, the highest point of the circuit and a remarkable viewpoint.
The route continues through Marigoutte and Danigoutte before descending toward the Grange Barthélemy and its carved crosses.
After the Notre-Dame du Bon Secours Chapel in Grand-Rombach, head to the Surpense farm and then the ruins of Échéry Castle.
The return route goes through Petit-Rombach, the Saint-Antoine Chapel, the Saint-Blaise Oratory, and Rue du Moulin, which leads back to the starting point.
