Starting from the Col des Bagenelles, enjoy the panoramic view of the Petite Lièpvre valley, shaped by glaciers. Descend the road leading to the Graine Johé farmhouse inn, named after an old 18th-century farm. Near the ski lift, follow the blue triangle path up to the Coq de Bruyère rock. This lookout offers a remarkable view of the valley and Brézouard. A former military observatory during the First World War, it houses a gallery carved out of the rock. Continue along the blue rectangle-marked ridge path to the highest point of the trail, which offers a panoramic view of the Saint-Dié-des-Vosges basin. Then reach the Arbre de la Liberté, planted in 1918 to celebrate the return of Alsace to France. Return along the blue rectangle trail with white stripes to the Col du Pré de Raves, then via the Tête des Chats before reaching the Col des Bagenelles.
