Storytelling Walk: “S’Christkindel kommt - The Coming of the Christ Child”

On Christmas Eve, the streets light up and the atmosphere becomes magical. The air is filled with the delicious scents of bredeles and gingerbread. Children, full of anticipation, watch for the arrival of the Christkindel, though they may also dread crossing paths with the fearsome Hans Trapp!

For 1 hour and 30 minutes, follow the storyteller dressed as the Christkindel through the city streets. As you wind through the alleyways, she’ll share stories and legends that were once told during Christmas Eve gatherings. Enchanting tales, traditional characters, and anecdotes will immerse you in the warm and authentic atmosphere of Christmases past.
