Description Équipements et services Prices

Built in 1726, this imposing building was dubbed the “Schloessel” by the locals, meaning “little castle”. The west wall is adorned with a two-storey oriel over the entrance to the vaulted cellar, which occupies the entire basement of the building, giving an idea of the owner's wealth. The lintels of the windows on the second floor of the oriel feature two sculpted medallions. The first features the monogram of Christ with a heart and a Greek cross, and the second that of the Virgin Mary. In those days, money and religion went hand in hand. The lintel of the front door features a triangular pediment framing a niche with a statuette. The lintels of the house's windows are still straight, as they were in the 17th century, while those of the oriel window are curved in the 13th-century style.
