Emmanuelle MEUNIER, formerly a special needs teacher, with 15 years' experience as a manager in institutions caring for people with disabilities. My managerial experience has led me to develop skills in communication and relationship management in order to develop service projects based on the richness and complementarity within teams.
Today, I focus my support on professional teams and their leaders through coaching, training and consulting. I put people at the heart of strategies to improve their effectiveness and I integrate compassionate communication into my support to facilitate team review processes and the development of action plans.
I am committed to strengthening a culture of kindness and I incorporate participatory and responsible management practices.
