Saint-Nicolas Kirche

Dedicated to Saint Nicolas, the church is most striking for its Romanesque bell tower, which can be seen from the entire fore-valley. Neuve Eglise can boast, along with Dieffenbach-au-Val and Fouchy, one of the few bell towers in the Villé valley dating from the Middle Ages.
The present building has a rectangular nave attached to the bell tower in 1735. The sacristy also dates from this period, masking the occulus of the wall tabernacle on the left of the choir. The stained glass windows date from 1955 and represent episodes from the life of the Virgin. The organ was installed in 1961.
