The Loisirs, Découvertes & Traditions association offers an original meal that allows you to rediscover forgotten flavours, notably that of herring, which, after being preserved in brine and then desalted, is ‘cooked’ cold in vinegar.
The menu consists of all-you-can-eat herring (prepared either traditionally or with cream), served with jacket potatoes, followed by a cheese platter, a dessert and a coffee.
The herring can be replaced with bibeleskas (fromage blanc) for those who prefer it.
You can now book your place with members of the association.
Please note that places are limited and bookings will be accepted until 27 September.
