WHAT DOES THE CARD LOOK LIKE?
The visitor’s card is unique, personalised and free of charge! It contains sections that must be completed by the Tourist Office, the accommodation provider who gives it to you, or via a link sent by your accommodation provider, which allows you to generate your own digital visitor’s card. If these sections are not completed, you will not be able to access the benefits. It is unique and will not be replaced if lost.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Anyone staying for at least one night in the Sélestat Haut-Koenigsbourg region (Baldenheim, Châtenois, Dieffenthal, Ebersheim, Ebersmunster, Kintzheim, La Vancelle, Mussig, Muttersholtz, Orschwiller, Scherwiller and Sélestat), in the Val de Villé, the Grand Ried or the Val d’Argent. This card is valid for multiple uses throughout your stay.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Over 80 benefits are available to you. The only condition is to present your duly completed guest card (in paper or digital format). To view the list of benefits, scan the QR CODE. 
Please note: to benefit from free travel on the Elsa network, there must be no more than 5 people per card. Request and generate as many cards as necessary so that all beneficiaries can be listed on a single guest card.
