House Katz

In the heart of Saverne, beside the Town Hall, this house from 1605, one of the oldest in town, was built by Henri KATZ, the Bishopric’s Receiver General.
The magnificent sculpted, half-timbered façade is in the German Renaissance style.
Once a butcher’s and a cooper’s, it currently houses a restaurant.
