Description
Saturday starting at 7 p.m., a big evening of entertainment featuring the STÉRÉO orchestra under the big top. Sauerkraut with all the trimmings or pâté en croûte.
The next day, Sunday, after a Mass dedicated to the harvest, the village transforms into a market featuring local artisans. There will be craft exhibits, cabbage-cutting demonstrations, a seasonal market, and musical performances. Tasting of choucroute garnie or pâté en croûte under the big top, for lunch and dinner, featuring the SANTA ESMÉRALDA orchestra.
At 3:30 p.m., a grand folkloric and musical parade—colorful and cabbage-themed—will showcase the symbols of the Alsace region. Folkloric performances and dancing, with live music throughout the day.
Featuring the sauerkraut producers Jean-Michel Ades, Angsthelm & Sons, Wagner, and René Weber & Sons.
