Hiking tour from Rothbach to Tierkirchlein via Scheibenberg

A hiking tour that allows you to explore the forests of the Northern Vosges. The circuit starts in the village of Rothbach, situated in the foothills of the Northern Vosges, and continues towards the village of Lichtenberg. On the way, stop off at the ruins of the little church known as the Tierkirchlein – literally, the ‘little church of the animals’.
After leaving the village of Lichtenberg, make your way back via the heights of the Schaenzel, then the Buchwalderkopf and the Scheibenberg. You’ll then have just a few hundred metres left to reach your starting point in Rothbach.
