Description

Discover Lampertsloch, a village in the Outre-Forêt region at the foot of the Hochwald massif in the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, which stands out for its half-timbered houses and green surroundings. The municipality is divided between the historic village and Cité Le Bel, linked to the former oil industry. Surrounded by orchards, fields and forests, the Soultzerkopf (480 m) offers a panorama stretching from the Black Forest to the Southern Vosges. The birthplace of French oil thanks to the Pechelbronn site, Lampertsloch also preserves traces of its wine-growing and historical past.
This 10 km long, moderately difficult trail continues towards the ochre quarry, then climbs towards the Soultzerkopf before returning to the village of Lampertsloch.
