Lampertsloch blue trail historical walk

Discover the village of Lampertsloch, a village in the Outre-Forêt region at the foot of the Hochwald massif in the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, which is distinguished by its half-timbered houses and green surroundings. The municipality is divided between the historic village and the Cité Le Bel, linked to the former oil industry. Surrounded by orchards, fields and forests, the Soultzerkopf (480 m) offers a panorama stretching from the Black Forest to the Southern Vosges. The birthplace of French oil thanks to the Pechelbronn site, Lampertsloch also preserves traces of its wine-growing and historical past.
The 7.3 km blue trail continues to the ochre quarry and climbs up to the ‘Fischerwaj’, which offers a remarkable view.
After a short but steep descent, the blue trail joins the green trail at the water reservoir near the stadium.
